AI-generated music produced through this platform exists in an evolving and unsettled area of copyright law. Please read the following carefully:

• -We make no representations or warranties regarding the copyright status, ownership, or legal clearance of any AI-generated music output.

Competition and Governing Body Compliance

We make no guarantees that content produced on this platform will be approved or accepted by any competition governing body.

User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• -Use content produced on this platform only for lawful purposes
• -Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw assets or outputs as standalone files
• -Not claim sole authorship or copyright ownership over AI-generated music outputs in any legal filing or registration
• -Ensure that your use complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• -Not reproduce or distribute content produced on this platform in any way that is not permitted by these terms
• -Not attempt to reproduce copyrighted musical content using our models (Uploading copyrighted lyrics or creating song covers is strictly prohibited)

Prohibited Uses

The following uses of this platform and its outputs are strictly prohibited:

• -Generating any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• -Using AI-generated music, voiceovers, or sound effects to build, compile, or contribute to a music catalog, voice catalog, soundbank, sample pack, or any similar collection of audio assets intended for redistribution or resale
• -Using platform outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model without express written permission from this company
• -Bulk downloading or automated scraping of platform outputs for the purpose of asset stockpiling
• -Using voiceover or AI voice outputs to impersonate, defame, or misrepresent any real individual
• -Any use that violates the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless this company and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of platform outputs, including any claims related to AI-generated music.

Disclaimer of Warranties
